About Join the Conversation: Shaping the Future of Public Services in Wales

The University of South Wales is inviting communities across Wales to take part in a series of events exploring how the behaviour and organisational culture in our public services could be improved. We are interested in hearing about your views and experiences of interacting with public service staff. By collecting anonymous responses on iPads, we will seek your views on real-life scenarios about how staff in public services such as the Health, Police and Fire Services engage with members of the public. It’s your chance to share your opinions, and the standards and behaviours that matter most to you. Your views will directly inform an Innovation Plan to be shared with Welsh Government, local councils and other public bodies, helping to create lasting cultural change. We want to hear directly from the people our public services serve – your experiences, your ideas, and your vision for a fairer, more respectful future.
