Newport's time to shine!
Port Hour is back! As you might’ve read over the weekend in an online publication or seen last Monday the hit hyper local online networking event known as Port Hour returned but this time on Facebook.
What is it?
Port hour is something that used to exist a few years ago when x was called Twitter. This time we’re bringing it to facebook launching on 29th September still using #porthour. It’s open to any size business, local organisations, groups and charities. This is your chance to tell us the good things taking place. Everyone will go ahead and reshare it so our city will get the good stuff.
How does it work?
We are all going to get together on Monday between 7pm and 8pm to share about all the good work that is happening across our city. From amazing offers to brilliant events we have you covered.
How to get involved?
It’s simple to get involved. All you have to do is either search for #porthour or use the #porthour on Facebook
What is the point of it?
This is Rocket Fuel social media… This is where you put posts onto facebook and several people will see it but by using #Porthour your business or message will be amplified right throughout Newport and the surrounding area.
It’s still #PortHour.

It’s still a positive space — no politics.
