A. I started as a DJ professionally when I was 15. I got into it when i was 13 through listening to music played by DJs and wanting to know how!
I got myself a glass collecting job at the old Cotton Club and Rumours in Newport. Then I wormed my way behind the turntables! I got a big break into non-stop DJ work through reaching the grand final of UK DJ Of The Year in 1999.
A. I've always been a club DJ first and foremost. I've also had a fair chunk of radio experience in my career. Although I've always got various gigs going on all over the place, you can catch me regularly at Courtyard on Saturdays, at Warehouse 54 on Wednesdays and La Bamba on Fridays.
A. It's hard to pinpoint the first album as my mum gave me all her collection when I was about 12, but my favourite was Michael Jackson's Off The Wall. I completely wore it out from playing it so often!
The first single that I actually purchased, I'm embarrassed to say, wasMC Hammer's U Can't Touch This!
A. If I let you have a look at my music collection you'd find literally everything and anything. I just love music regardless! It's really strange, i've learnt to enjoy music I don't like too. If there are people enjoying it around me, it makes me feel good.
A. My idea of a good night, when not working, is to spend it with my son and my beautiful wife and not much else really. Maybe some nice food too. If it's a night out, I enjoy a great band or DJ, somewhere underground!
A. If I were going to cook for just myself, it would probably be some shellfish with spices.
A. All my pocket money was spent on music, music and more music. MP3s weren't about and vinyl wasn't cheap.
A. I love all kinds of holidays - it's just nice to get away.
