West Brom goalkeeper Boaz Myhill wasn’t included in the squad and has now announced his retirement from international football with Wales.
The main man, Gareth Bale, was included and the Real Madrid star could be named captain if he starts against the Dutch with both Ramsey and Williams missing out.
Manchester United youngster Tom Lawrence, who recently made his Premier League debut for the club, was called up to add to a youthful 23-man squad that contains only three players over the age of 30.
