This race is open to all players of the game, it is a simple race down the mountain on ice. The ice makes it interesting since you will find it difficult to manoeuvre around. At the end of this race you'll be given an item called Epohh Tags which you will be able to trade in for the small animal. The number you gain varies depending on what place you come in, I don’t know exactly how many first place gives as I’ve never made it to first but if second place gives you three then first is most likely five.
Tide of Ice is about assimilated borg snowmen, yep snowmen that are also machines - figure that one out! They come in small groups to attack the winter wonderland, yeah omnipotent Q can’t stop a few frozen cybernetics, it is your job and anyone else who joins to stop the snowmen and protect the castle. You can use snowballs and special weapons you can get from the vendor to complete this task.
Right then here are more snowmen who want to take over the winter wonderland, but this time they aren't part borg. Much in the same way as Tide of Ice you can use snowballs or your items from the vendor to shoot the heck out of the snowmen, the more you kill the more you collect.
This is an interesting one in the sense that it makes absolutely no sense what so ever. You have a gingerbread village which is under attack from snowmen (yup more snowmen). Now there is a massive snowman that can't be stopped with the simple weapons you have, so what must you do you ask, well you must quickly gather syrup from sweets littering the battlefield/gingerbread village. But along with that you will also need some snow, which is dropped by defeated snowmen and hanging off houses and snow piles.
There's is quite a lot that needs to be done on this mission isn't there, but hey there is a set time limit so you better burn rubber if you want to complete it. So you have the time it takes for the dear Snow Overlord, but I bet your thinking you can combat him yourself and save you the trouble. Problem is on top of him there is an army of snowmen on the side.
This is the last mission and it is the easiest. All you have to do is catch enough fish to bring the monstrous Gummy Kos'karii to the surface and defeat it. Once you defeat the creature you can continue to collect fish to gain more Christmas baubles that you can trade to get some of the wonderful items.
After you’ve completed one of these events you will get baubles and gifts you can trade to a local vendor for lots of different things such as more snow weaponry, armour, clothing, abilities and equipment that you and your ship can use. Some of the items are fairly useless but there are some really neat ones such as the warp engine and lirpa that shares a similarity to the light saber (just look.)
