We will be looking at how the risks to personal health and safety, can be affected by the day to day stresses of living in what town and city planners once described as 'dwellings in the sky,' in lamens terms, blocks of flats. We will also take a look at what is being done to police and control the anti-social behaviour and hate crime issues, that exist within these places and in doing so, will reveal why flats are so unpopular with residents and visitors alike, as places to live.
We will also show you how to protect yourself and your property against what is, in reality, a small minority of people who choose to make a living in a block of flats, difficult for the likes of you and me. All too often those who cause us the problems, know how to play the system so that it protects them. Yes, we'll show you the tricks and tools of their trade.
So if you want to re-visit your childhood and learn more about T.C.P. from people who’ve been there, then I urge you to read on. We do, however, recommend you take a very stiff drink - over 18’s only - before you read on, as we can’t be held responsible for the effects this may have on you, the reader, who may never have come across anything like this before.
Now the next bit is aimed directly at any T.C.P. or Teflon coated problem, that may be reading this in order to find out what we know in order to improve their game. It’s an open question which I, 'Hawkeye,' am challenging you to answer honestly, possibly the first time you have ever done so.
How would you feel if the tables were turned and we were allowed to treat you with the same amount of disrespect and contempt as you do to us? Read on. To refresh your memory, we will also explain why we’ve chosen to call those who blight our lives, Teflon coated problems. We know this will offend but there is no easy or gentle way to tackle this one.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank those people, who have been brave enough to share they’re horror stories with us and have allowed us to use them here. For obvious reasons we have omitted personal details, to protect the innocent and adhere to our legal obligation, to protect the guilty which goes against our personal way of thinking, that they should be named and shamed.
We’ve a disability… Get us out of here, meets flame grilled mission survive, in the Big Brother house.
That's it from us this week from your good friends, 'Hawkeye' and 'Dangerous.' Come back next week when we will begin to get into the problems. This blog was designed to introduce and inform you of the next chapter of the series. Until next time.
