These tweeters are always working hard to create their own content, both in their blogs and in their tweets. So, you'll always get something interesting with this type of tweeter, especially if they advertise their newest blog, or another good blog that they've recently read. This can open up a world to you and may inspire new ideas.
They're also generally nice people, who will reply to your tweets and reply to you when you send a tweet to them because they love connecting with their audience, and they may also read your tweets or blogs. The bloggers on Twitter is great at the moment. There are so many different kinds of bloggers that you can refine your search to find blogs that relate to you and your hobbies.
You can build up a good list of bloggers quite quickly and you're guaranteed to have good content on your timeline all the time.
This is a certain kind of Tweeter, as I've found out. I discovered this from not being able to find any accounts that regularly tweet good humour within the 140 character limit. If you know any, let me know in the comments section at the end of this blog.
The only example I can give for this one is myself, as I'm the only one I know about. So follow me @gmcGareth. #Promotion
PLC stands for Public Limited Company. These are the big companies that have a Twitter account so that they can offer great customer service, as well as stopping proxy accounts representing them and making them look bad. A great example of this type of tweeter, in my opinion, is Tesco. Well they actually have a whole team of people manning their account.
From what I have seen Tesco will always reply to you, which is great because whether you’re asking them a sincere question or just teasing them to see how they'll react to you, they will reply with an informative or witty tweet. And this is the same with other big businesses on Twitter because they want to been seen to have good customer service and then they can gain followers, etc. So take advantage of it.
Of course, if you don't like coffee you can change this one to 'tea lovers' or 'hot chocolate lovers', though those two are rarer. If you love coffee like a normal human being, though, follow all the coffee-based account you can, as these tweeters are really positive and tweet great, funny and relatable content.
You'll also find followers on their followers list that you'll something in common with, which is great because the aim of Twitter is all about connecting with new people. The reason coffee works better than any other beverage or anything whatsoever is that it seems the world has coffee in common and it's something coffee lovers are passionate about.
Once you start talking to someone about coffee, you remove any dead silence and find that you can talk about the subject for ages.
Definitely find your friends and colleagues on Twitter, as you’ll almost always relate to and enjoy their tweet because they’ll be similar to yours, and are from people you actually know and like.
As well as this, if you notice someone fanning you (favouriting and replying to your tweet all the timed) follow them back, and try replying to them. Conversing with them a bit will keep them loyal and keep them fanning you, and the more fans you have, the more favourites and retweets you’ll have in the long run.
I hope these categories work out for you, they have for me. And if you know any other categories that are good to follow, let me know below, in the comments section. Also, stick your twitter names in there and I’ll give you a follow.
