Going from being in my hermit hut to actually interacting with people really has changed my perspective on life. This has gained me a less negative outlook towards life, and has really shown the positives on what I should be doing with my life. It really has opened up a porthole to different aspects which I have never even known existed.
A small organisation has made such as difference to many lives, it not only gives a place to be a part of a community, it also helps people find themselves; giving many opportunities. Being in a community group helps you reflect on the different backgrounds that people have.
Newport City Radio covers various interests of mine. Not only business, but also music and life. The members of the organisation make everyone feel welcome to the team.
On the first day, I was shown how a set-list was put together. It is quite intriguing, fascinating, emotionally and intellectually overwhelming how a small firm can develop a large portion of an individual's life.
As a volunteer, I help out in various aspects here at Newport City Radio. But the organisation isn't just about music. Not only does the business have its spectacular volunteers, but the other elements the firm has are listeners and readers, which are external stakeholders adding to the inspiration of the one-of-a-kind ensemble of individuals that put Newport City Radio together so well.
My perception of what makes Newport City Radio so addictive is not only the perspective of the main concept of Newport City Radio, which is to develop on the reputation of broadcasting online for listeners. Not many people actually say how much it impacts the volunteer in an emotional format.
Newport City Radio is a great starting point for anyone who feels as if they are trapped in life. Newport City Radio helps someone to express themselves; it helps that individual develop for their future time in life. How Newport City Radio helps its members express themselves is providing them with a space which enables them to reflect on what they love to do. For example, expressing one's personality over the radio as a presenter allows that person to be themselves, and having the confidence to do that is really quite a wonderful key feature. It highlights the aim of the company, to an extent.
As you see in the media there are personalities in presence when broadcasting music. Radio personalities such as Greg James, Chris Moyles and Chris Evans. Radio has helped to develop their future life. Radio enables them to express the elements in their lives.
Developing skills in such a unique concept and casual way is the heart of Newport City Radio.
