County Players do the ‘Ice Bucket Challenge’
Newport County goalkeeper Lenny Pidgeley and striker Aaron O’Connor are the first players to undertake the ‘ice bucket challenge’ and it looks like more are yet to come!
That is because O’Connor nominated teammate Max Porter and County manager Justin Edinburgh, while first-team goalkeeper coach Ryan Mackerness was among Pidgeley’s choices.
The challenge is sweeping social media worldwide with participants being soaked with icy cold water and donating, with the aim of raising money for Macmillan Cancer Care and other charities.
